I'd no idea what to expect-I suppose I assumed I would be obtaining something akin to uncut bacon. Incorrect! A great deal tastier, a stunning mix of the greatest pork taste with the flexibility of bacon. I combined a 5 spice blend and roasted it-tasted much like my favored pork in pork fried rice.
